Growing up, I was always the skinny kid. No matter how much I ate, I struggled to put on weight or build any muscle. I felt self-conscious about my body, and it affected my confidence more than I liked to admit. I wanted to feel stronger, look healthier, and finally feel comfortable in my own skin — but I had no idea where to start.
When I finally stepped into the gym, I didn’t instantly fall in love with it. I felt lost, unsure, and honestly a little intimidated. But I knew one thing: I was tired of feeling weak and overlooked. So I kept showing up, even when I didn’t know what I was doing.
Slowly, things started to change. I learned how to train properly. I learned how to fuel my body. I learned the importance of consistency, patience, and trusting the process. And for the first time in my life, I started to see real progress — not just in my physique, but in my confidence.
